Almost a home owner!
Ben & I put an offer in on a condo (which was accepted)! Just had our inspection today. There are a few things to work out. But I guess that is probably pretty normal. If everything gets settled, we should be closing sometime in mid-March.

Ok, scratch that. The inspection revealed lots of freaking problems. So its back to the drawing board!

Well, we kind of went a different way. We actually have settled on a house instead. Its not in the city, but we've decided that we are ok being suburbanites.
